Deliveries are done by La Poste, from monday to friday following the choosen option on your order.
The delivery is made at the address you mentionned, precisely indicated that it has to be the residence of a physical or moral person of your choice (delivery to your workplace) or at a relay point that you also chose when placing your order. The delivery cannot be made in hotels, or postal boxes.
We deliver your orders in a time of 12 (twelve) working days for a delivery in Metropolitan France and up to 20 (twenty) working days for an international delivery. This time starting on the next day after placing the order. On the next day of the new collection upload the delivery time can be 10 (ten) days more because of the volume of the orders.
Some items are made-to-measure, the delivery time are clearly indicated on the product page.
As soon as you place your order, it will be carefully and lovely get ready by our little hands in our logistic service. Once your package shipped, you will receive a email of confirmation mentionning your tracking number.
– With following Colissimo upon signature: 2 to 4 working days from the date of the reception of the expedition email.
– With following Colissimo upon signature: 2 to 4 working days from the date of the reception of the shipping email.
– With Colissimo, Post office, or delivery point (Delivery direclty in a post office or a partner shop) : 1-3 working days for the post offices and 2-5 working days for the partner shops, from the shipping date.
– With a Chronopost shipment (24h), thank you to directly gettng in touch with us before placing the order, to set up this delivery option, if the item is available for a quick shipment.
– With Colissimo Europe without signature : 3 to 4 working days for the close Europe and 3 to 7 working days for the removed places.
To respect these delivery times, be sure to communicate exact and full information concerning the delivery adress (street number, building, access codes, names, phone numbers, etc).
MADICE SAS will not be hold responsable of a delivery delay if their process were respected or if the delay is caused by a case of force majeure (as written in the GSC).
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order at your place or at a delivery point, to think about and return the items unworn in their original package, to ask for a repayment if they do not fit. Only the item bought on the website www.byromance.com can be returned.
Before sending us back the articles, it is important to send us an email to our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org, precising in the subject : RETURN, as well as your order number. Thank you to mention also the reason of your return (size issue, colour, satisfaction or anything else).
– Exchanges : We do not make standard exchanges. For a new size or another reference, or colour, you just have to place a new order on the e-shop.
– Repayment : Done via the same payment method used to place the order. Be carreful! The repayment take into account if there was any discount on the order. Hence, the article price cannot be applied anymore, the discount amount will be deduced.
Once your request received, it will be processed within 48/72 working hours. Once your request accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the return modalities.
The return fees are at your own costs. In case we made a mistake, the return fees will be at our costs. Any returned package to our headquarters without any request made beforehand, will not be accepted.
Your returns are done as soon as possible and you will be updated by email. Usually, count 15 working days from the sending returns date.
